  • Monthly bank account reconciliation for up to 2 bank accounts with up to 50 transactions per account.

  • Reconciliation of one credit card account with up to 25 transactions. (Transactions in excess of 25 will be charged an additional $50 per 100 transactions.)

  • Preparation of monthly balance sheet and P&L statement.

  • Year-end tax prep-ready financial statements.

Small Business Tier | $350 Per Month

  • Monthly bank account reconciliation for up to 2 bank accounts with up to 100 transactions per account.

  • Reconciliation of one credit card account with up to 50 transactions. (Transactions in excess of 50 will be charged an additional $50 per 100 transactions.)

  • Preparation of monthly balance sheet and P&L statement.

  • Year-end tax-prep ready financial statements.

 

Growing Business Tier | $500 Per Month

  • Monthly bank account reconciliation for up to 3 bank accounts with up to 200 transactions for all accounts.

  • Reconciliation of 2 business credit card accounts with up to 100 transactions for all accounts. (Transactions in excess of 200 will be charged an additional $50 per 100 transactions.)

  • Preparation of monthly balance sheet and P&L statement.

  • Year-end tax-prep ready financial statements.

 

corporate Tier | $1,000 Per Month

  • Monthly bank account reconciliation for up to 3 bank accounts with up to 400 transactions for all accounts.

  • Reconciliation of 2 business credit card accounts with up to 200 transactions for all accounts. (Transactions in excess of 200 will be charged an additional $50 per 100 transactions.)

  • Preparation of monthly balance sheet and P&L statement.

  • Year-end tax-prep ready financial statements.

Standard Hourly Rates Without Package

  • Tax preparation and payroll tax account reconciliation | $65

  • Bookkeeping service done on an hourly basis or a flat negotiated rate

  • Specialty payroll resolution service at a negotiated rate

  • Reconstruction of accounting records at a negotiated rate

  • On-site bookkeeping mileage charge $0.25/mile. Rate is $65.00/hr.
